The uninsured of America are drowning in an ocean because the United states Congress will not solve their problem. Grady is a life boat but it's leaking, it is up to the Georgia Legislature to keep it afloat.

Joanne's testimony is proof of why Grady is needed outside of Dekalb and Fulton county.
